Pet parents often expect their dogs to be friendly and gentle, yet strict when guarding the house. However, some fur babies are either extremely kind or just lazy. It is up to viewers to decide which of those is the Golden Retriever in this Instagram video. In the clip, the owner takes a sarcastic dig at her pet for guarding the house as ducks enter. She has titled the content in the caption as: “Chronicles of the Worlds Worst Guard Dog.” Meanwhile, viewers have found the clip funny but also showered Tammy with love.

In a funny and cute dog video on Instagram, an owner captures the moment when her Golden Retriever doesn’t move a muscle when ducks enter the house. Named Tammy, the fur baby seems to have no interest in stopping the birds. The clip begins with the pooch lying in front of the door of the house.

It looks like the door is open, and a couple of ducks are trying to enter. Before breaking in, the intruders wonder if they should ignore the guard dog. “It looks hairy and dangerous,” an on-screen text expresses the ducks’ thoughts. Meanwhile, Tammy seems to be in his own world, without caring about the security breach.

Furthermore, the dog ducks video shows that the intruders are thinking of “risking it for the snax.” So, they ignore the big Golden Retriever and quickly enter the house. At the end of the clip, the ducks are busted as the owner tries to chase them out.

Meanwhile, viewers could not hold their laughter in the comments. A user sarcastically wrote, “Tammy should’ve just rolled out the red carpet for them.” Another quipped, “Perfect guard dog – didn’t even blink an eye.” Moreover, the dog ducks video has garnered over 930 likes at the time of writing.
